With my delayed Christmas due to work, my daughter gave me tickets to see Russell Watson next June 28th. Oh dear thought I, that is when I am on your trip to Yorkshire.

I rang tonight and spoke to Meera. Can I transfer to September 11th, yes for £50 administration fee. Then I will cancel and book again- yes for your deposit of £75. This was after I had been cut off while she was talking to someone else, phoned me back twice before she could hear me 😕

As there was an error when I booked back in September, I have paid the full amount for the holiday.

As you can guess I am not happy with this added cost. I have also received the new brochure today. I have looked at the Essential Information at the back and can find no information if you change a booking only if you cancel 😠

As I have been on 4 trips with Just You in 2015, I would like to voice my annoyance at this treatment considering there is still another 6 months before the first holiday :dodgy:
