My question is at what stage will you know if both Athens 18th April and Alaska 23rd May will be definately going

The two next dates 9th May Athens and 13th June Alaska are too hot for me -yes it reaches 33C in Fairbanks in June !!

I dont want to book these and then find they are cancelled or switched to a later date

We usually review our tours 12 weeks before departure, which is usually around the time of the final balance being due. So unfortunately I cannot tell you whether these tours will definitely go ahead or not at this time.
