Hi Julia, I haven't been on the site for a while so apologies if this question has already been asked. I'm booked to go to Lake Como on Sept 6 and was wondering what sort of flexibility do Just You offer if Italy joins the High Alert countries. If the holiday still operates are we forced to go if we don't want to lose our money, or will we have the option to rebook to another holiday next year instead if a full refund isn't possible? I'm getting really nervous about travelling not only to Italy but also through Heathrow given all the current concerns being discussed in the news. Thx

Hi Sookie,

Customer safety is very important to the team at Just You and we would not operate a holiday against the advice of the FCO. We have a team that regularly monitors world events and regular meetings to discuss tours that may or may not be affected. If Just You makes the decision to cancel your holiday based on world events and advice from travel bodies, you would be able to book an alternative holiday or receive a refund.

Kindest regards,

Julia
