Hi Julia/Moderator. :)

I know this is a long time ahead but I have a query on the above please.

6th May departure 2016.

Reading from the website it states that there is a departure from Manchester (flights with Thomson). Departure 06.00, arriving Split 09.40. :)

Now my main reason for not booking this before is mainly that there has always only been a flight from Gatwick which given the timing of departure means a very late arrival into the hotel which is reflected in the itinerary blurb about late meal on arrival in the hotel.

However it states on the website that Heathrow will be used next year. I have checked Croatia Airlines and currently there are no flights from Heathrow to Split on that date, and the flights from Gatwick are shown as being as on this years timings. Is this a mistake on the website please?

I recognise that it is very difficult for JY to state flight departures/arrivals this far in advance, but it would be useful to know whether it is Gatwick or Heathrow departure airport given that people can book so far in advance.

Incidentally if the Manchester departure is as shown I shall be booking it although it will mean a very early departure time from the airport coming back!

Hi Bosuncat,

The website is showing the same information as our reservations systems - its possible our aviation team have some inside information. Flights are always subject to change and timings are provisional. I believe JY Will mentioned in the past that we plan our holiday based on the existing schedules and the routes we are aware of at the time of going to print. For each brochure we do include the most up do date information that we have at our disposal.

I can see a Manchester departure in the system....and the provisional return flight is depart Split 10:40.

Kindest regards,

Julia

Thanks Julia.

I think this has mostly be answered by Mark's similar question a couple of days ago, but as always I appreciate you getting back to me.
