Good morning Jules, lovely day, I hope you enjoyed your weekend.

I have to say I am not amused. After trying to book optionals for my holiday over the weekend using 01858 581024 which is given on my paperwork and also 01858 415335 which I have used before and getting all the usual press 1 for this and 2 for that I am then told the office is closed, although the message states opening times which I was well within. I again tried this morning at 09.10 am and get the same message stating the office is closed and the opening times Monday - Friday is 9 am - 8 pm. I don't much appreciate paying for calls the listen to 5 minutes of rambling only to be told the office is closed when clearly it should be open, according to the message that is. What's occurring!! Sorry Jules I have to say this is the first time in 10 years I have had to complain about phoning customer service.

Unfortunately I will be unavailable for a good deal of the day, will I get the same message if I call this evening. I do not wish to book over the website.

Hi Avocet,

I'm really sorry to hear that you have been encountering some problems trying to speak with one of our advisors. I have just run in to the service centre to find out what is happening and I have been told that the phone lines have been upgraded and this has caused one or two problems on some of the numbers over the weekend. My colleague has said if you let me know your booking reference (I have this if it relates to your upcoming trip in May), and a suitable time to call - we'll have one of our advisors call you back.

Yes you are indeed correct re date, I would very much appreciate if an Advisor could call me after 7 pm tonight (Tues) or tomorrow morning before 10 am if that is possible please.
