At the moment there are 15 booked on the 16th September date and there are 10 booked on the 23rd September date. On both dates we can take up to 40 travellers.

I didn't check that sorry - the 23rd September has been closed at the minute to be reviewed.

Does that mean it is unlikely to go ahead? Has the 16 September been given the go-ahead please?

For the 23rd September, there is an availability issue with one of the hotels so the team are trying to find an alternative so it could go either way at the minute.

The 16th September hasn't been given the green light, but my colleague has said that with 15 travellers booked it is likely that this would operate as planned.
