Hi There

Is there any way to get the points added to my Advantage card for the flights booked from the November 3rd US trip to Chicago and back from New Orleans?

Many thanks

Si

Hi Si,

My colleague has advised that we can add your AA membership number into the flight booking and it should add on any mileage points collected (depending on how your membership works).

If you can let me know what your member ship number is (I can edit it out of the message when posted) I will arrange to have this added for you.

Kindest regards,

Julia

Hi again,

My colleague has just suggested that whilst your membership number has been added to your booking, it might be worth having your membership card which you when you travel (in case you are asked to show it at check in) and keep hold of all boarding passes in case you need to make a claim after travel.

Hopefully it will all run smoothly and the above won't be required, but it's best to cover all bases.

Kindest regards,

Julia
