I’m pleased to hear that you did enjoy your holiday once you had arrived although sorry to hear about the disappointment with regard to your travel arrangements.
The change to transport arrangements was made based on the feedback from travellers on earlier departures who had been unhappy with the connection time at Brussels for the second train. The website had the information as published in the second edition brochure and the arrangements were made after this. We will look into why the update had not been made on the site.
I understand the travellers who received a refund were those who paid the original brochure price of £699 instead of the reduced price that was in place after the change was made.
