Could you give me some additional information about this tour please.

The approximate flight deparure and landing times between uk and Shaghai.

I assume travel between cities in Tibet is by coach. Can you give me a rough idea of distances and times spent on the coach please. Also, what is the standard of comfort on the coach in Tibet?

The approximate times (these are local times and based on current airline schedules and can change):

UK departure 21.20

Shanghai arrive 15.50+1

Shanghai depart 12.30

UK arrive 18.40

You do travel by coach in Tibet and I have been advised of the following....

Day14 - From Lhasa airport to city: transfer 45miles/ 1.5hrs

Day17 – Lhasa to Yamdrok lake: 75miles/2.5hrs

Yamdrok lake to Gyangtze: 95 miles/3.5hrs

Day18 - Gyangtze/Lhasa: 175 miles/5.5hrs

Day20 - From Lhasa city to Lhasa airport: transfer 45miles/ 1.5hrs

On these journeys regular stops for photos, areas of interest and comfort breaks have been planned.

I've seen a couple of pictures of the type of coach used and they seem on par with coaches used here in the west.
