Hi Julia,

I'm thinking about Australia for 2015, but that depends on what else you've got on offer in the full line-up when the time comes, so I won't be booking till this time next year when the brochure comes out. I'm just wondering, I would be more keen on this tour if it included a pre-tour stopover in Dubai. The new brochure mentions this (and also post-tour stopovers in Singapore or Bangkok), but there is no mention of any of these options on the website so will this definitely be an option on the 2015 dates? It's great that you have these dates up already, I wish you did this on more of your long haul tours!

All the best,

Bob

Hi Bob,

I've looked into this one for you and the Dubai stopover itinerary is with our content exec to upload onto the website so there will be details of this online at some point.

I have looked in the reservations system and there are currently five 2015 departures with the Dubai add-on.

In terms of doing this more for our long haul tours, Will is the man to speak to and you know that he keeps a very close eye on the community for your comments and feedback.

Kindest regards,

Julia

Hi Julia, many thanks as always for your reply. So if I continue to live on baked beans and toast, it's looking like Australia with Dubai could be a runner for me in 2015!

Cheers,

Bob

Not a problem, sorry it wasn't as fast as usual!

May I suggest you throw in a bit of cheese once in awhile - just to "shake things up a bit".

Kindest regards,

Julia

Hi Bob

I'm thinking of doing Austraila with N.Zealand add on in January 2015. Was also thinking of stopover in Dubai and stop on way back from N.Zealand in HK. Shame they dont do add on to Cook Islands like Travelshpere do.

perhaps we will end up on the same trip.!

Hi Chris,

I agree I'd love to do the Cook Islands add-on - I asked JY Will about it and the reason JY aren't offering it is because different carriers are used on the two holidays - I can't remember which is which, but the airline used for the JY New Zealand tour incorporates the Hong Kong stopover, whilst the one used for the TS tour doesn't but can faciliate a Cook Islands connection. I've been told it would be possible for JY to tailor make a Cook Islands stopover on the way back, but it would be very expensive so I don't think I'll be doing it. As things stand at present, I still have Oz at the back of my mind, but if JY introduce a new Namibia tour, I'll be doing that instead in 2015!

All the best,

Bob
