Since you have re vamped the website, is there a reason that each time I enter the website forum now, I have to put in my user name and password each time..I do not log out of the session so it should still retain my details like it always has done, but no each time I pop on I have to re enter them..any ideas... Any one else having this trouble....I am using iPad ?

As far as I am aware there haven't been any changes made to the forum and the settings but I will ask our systems admin guy to check.

Have you updated your iPad OS to the new version as that may be a factor (if not I am stumped)

If any other members are having issues - or know of a solution it would be great to hear from you.

Yes,... I have updated the ipad any idea why that would make a difference but it must be so, because I have had to crank up the home BEAST of a computer and I am still logged onto you on this one and your correct I have just tried the ipad and its logged me out again, so does anybody know the answer how can I stay logged in on the ipad? LOL...

Yes I'm having the same problem and finding it really annoying. Even had to go sign in with username & p/w just to send this!!

I have no problems with having to sign in as like you I don't log out and I use my home laptop and my works pc and they both keep me logged in, so does my kindle fire when I can't be bothered to switch on the laptop and wait for the wifi to kick in ( this tiny kindles much quicker believe it or not )

it may not recognise the user if your using too many devices or your ipads relatively new until it gets used to you using it more regulary, I find this with my bt email as from time to time I will be asked for my log in details

it seems since I did that IOS update or whatever it was the other day, but it's becoming a real pain now as time goes on....I keep going to answer something and it comes up with log in with user and password...BORING LOL... Let's hope it will catch up with me and leave me logged in...

OOOOOOOOO if you could that would be just great...I have even asked my young men!!! And they look at me as if I am stupid?..LOL. BTW it was one of then that downloaded the update and created my problem...

Sorry I can't help except to say I use an iPad, have updated ios 7 but haven't had any problems like you describe. Best of luck finding a solution.

I am not a techie as such. The reason you might not be able to access the site without login might have something to do with your security settings and cookies (not the edible ones!). Websites store information everytime you log on. I would suggest that you look at your internet security settings on your Ipad to see whether this is allowed. You can just keep passwords and logins for your favourites.
