Hello Julia

I just wondered if evaluations forms are sent to all customers as a matter of course? I returned from a trip on 29 May and expected the form to be waiting for me. I emailed the same person who responded to me when I queried the luggage allowance for my flight (the info pack had the wrong info!) last week, but no response. Perhaps it's possible to do by email?

Hello Jean,

According to my colleague, if you booked directly with Just You (rather than through a Travel Agent) you should receive a customer service questionnaire (although there are a few exceptions- such as not having a post-coded address). If you can send me your booking reference I can look in to this for you.

At the moment these questionnaires can not be completed online (but we are looking at making this possible in the future)

Ah that would be why. I did book thorugh a travel agent this time. Ok no worries. thanks for the reply.
