According to my colleague, if you booked directly with Just You (rather than through a Travel Agent) you should receive a customer service questionnaire (although there are a few exceptions- such as not having a post-coded address). If you can send me your booking reference I can look in to this for you.
At the moment these questionnaires can not be completed online (but we are looking at making this possible in the future)
