Hi ,

I`m booked on the Vietnam trip on 4th September with a friend I met on the Highlights of Tuscany trip last year.

Early days yet, but having read that there needs to be at least a dozen travellers in the group to for it to proceed; how many are currently on my trip, and if it is cancelled, will there be an alternative offered/what`s the protocol in these circumstances?

Thank you,

Janet

Hi Janet,

At the moment there are 9 people booked - 4 on the main tour and 5 on the main tour + add on.

We try our best to avoid cancelling a date, however we do need to have a minimum number of customers on our trips to be able to offer the price and service we do. A decision on whether a tour will operate is made approximately 12-15 weeks before departures. Clearly we do not want our customers to be disappointed, so wherever possible we will always try to offer you a suitable alternative holiday - looking at the number of passengers on a holiday, on various dates to see if we can offer one date for everyone.

I hope this information helps.

Kindest regards,
