Hi Ben, I'm off to Vietnam and Cambodia next Feb and as I live in Ireland I have to organise my own visas. When I booked the holiday, the advisor told me that a single entry visa for Vietnam was needed, as once we leave we do not return. However, I got my new brochure today and it states that if you are doing the add-on, a double entry visa is needed. I'm presuming the brochure is wrong, as my flight documentation states that the flight from Siem Reap goes to Kuala Lumpur and there is no mention of a return into Vietnam. Could you check this out for me?

Many thanks,

Bob

Hi Bob,

Ok, I have had the visa team come back to me -

When the brochure went to print we had to decide on the safer option of a double entry visa as sometimes the flight routes can change and if only a single entry visa was obtained then problems may occur.

So we do recommend a double entry visa for this reason.

I hope this helps Bob? If I can be of any further help please just ask,

Ben

That's very helpful Ben, many thanks. I'll be going to organise my visas in a couple of weeks time so I'll ask them to get the double entry visa, just in case.

Thanks again,

Bob
