Why is there such a delay in receiving a reply? I posted a query on 14th September & it is now 19th. Is there a problem with the website or is this time lapse normal? Thank you!

I'm very sorry for this, Ben has gone on holiday and tasked me with looking after the forum, but I didn't see his message until today. I am going to try and make it up to you all by being really vigilant until he gets back.
