Hi Eileen
I've just heard back from one of our tour managers, Wendy Burdett.
She says: "Suguaro are seen in abundance in the southern desert area (ie Phoenix/Scottsdale) of Arizona. You will see literally 100s en route to Sedona. There are even one or two planted in the grounds of the hotel we use in Scottsdale. I think most tour managers make a designated stop ( I think from memory it is Jackass Acres) en route to Sedona where you can get off of the coach and be surrounded by and walk right up to Suguaro - rattlesnakes permitting!
"With regards to Antelope Canyon, the cruise which we offer on Lake Powell actually goes right into Antelope Canyon and as far up as is possible in a boat!"
I hope this helps.
Kind regards
Olly, your editor
