Will the brochure be sent out automatically to past customers?

Just back from a brilliant holiday and want to get the next one sorted for next year.

Our next brochure out in late April /early May will contain plenty of dates for 2013 - you will see these here on the website at the same time.

Generally speaking, the brochure goes out to previous bookers but it isn't 100% guaranteed.
