Hi Olly

I have just booked one of the last places on the March Kenya trip and have upgraded with the all inclusive, however with you staying in a seperate part of the hotel in the Travellers Club rather than Travellers Beach side if taking that option, does that mean I would have to eat etc that side and be without the other group members who have opted fr halfboard? I am apparently the only 1 that has upgraded but don't want to be left on own especially as is my first holiday on own. I Would rather cancel that option if possible 😞

Hi Lain

Sorry for the delay - I had to get in touch with our agents in Kenya to get an answer.

The two sides of the hotel are connected so it wouldn't be an issue that your room wasn't in the same part of the hotel.

You are correct that you would be eating in a different restaurant from the half board people in the group so if you no longer wish to do that, please call us on 0844 567 8844.

I'd be surprised if you were the only person to upgrade to all-inclusive so it's worth checking again when you call.

Kind regards,

Olly, your editor

Thanks for confirming. I was the only one, which I was surprised with but I have now cancelled, due to looking at trips, often out for lunch anyway so didn't think it would have been worth it in way for me.
