New to this so please excuse if this has already been said. returned to UK from SA hol with Victoria Falls add on last week. Must say, 🅱[u]absolutely awesome holiday!!!! but - just two moans.

1) we were unable to book any of the trips from the UK prior to embarkation despite paperwork indicating the contrary received before we went,

2) we were not able to pay with credit/debit cards when we got there, resulting in the continual hunt for cash machines which would only issue limited funds. This meant we were all (not least, I should imagine, the tour guide) walking around in a strange country with stacks of cash on us and having to take a friend or two to the cash machines for protection each time. I personally had my credit card cloned whilst using a cash machine in S Africa and I'd thought I was being very careful.

Come on Just You, get into the 21st century PLEASE.

A few people have raised the issue of paying for optional excursions recently. Many of our excursions can be booked in advance but some cannot - we are looking at this, so hopefully you will find it easier to pay the next time you travel.
