I have booked a holiday to Texas and New Orleans next September. I notice that the airline that is going to take us is American Airlines. I have read that they are in serious financial trouble and are on the verge of seeking bankrupcy protection.

If anything happens to AA, what are the implications for holidays booked.

It's unlikely that American Airlines would stop flying even if it does hit serious financial trouble.

However, if that did happen, we would make arrangements with another airline to make sure your holiday goes ahead.
