I'm booked on the Costa de la luz trip leaving Tues 6th and was wondering how easy/obvious it will be where we have to be to meet for the bus to take us to the hotel?

If you are one of the regional flights to Malaga, someone will be waiting for you in the arrivals area when you get there. After you have collected your luggage and passed through customs, look for someone holding the Just You sign. The tour manager or driver will collect everyone together than take you to the hotel.
