Hi Olly,

I have just received details of the optional excursions available on the America's Golden West but cannot see the helicopter flight over Vegas which is advertised in the brochure.

Is this still available and if so, how much is it please?

It is one of the excursions I was looking forward to going on.

Also can we pay for the optional excursions by card or should we take dollars?

Kind regards,

Debs

Good Afternoon,

I have checked our system and as far as I can see the excursion is still available. But I must say that your final paperwork should be absolutely correct. The person I need to consult within the business on this is not here today but I will do and offer you an explanation asap.

Kind Regards

Ben

Hi Debs,

I believe the brochure entry to be an error, apologies for this. There are however three excursions which involve a helicopter flight which you will still see plenty. I have to be honest, having been to Vegas, it would only take a few minutes to fly up the strip and you will have seen everything, Vegas is far better experienced at ground level.

Hope this helps,

all the best,

Ben

Thanks Ben for clarifying this for me.
