If it becomes necessary to cancel your holiday in cases such as the recent crisis in Egypt, we would give you a ring to discuss your options. These would usually be a full refund or, if you prefer, an alternative holiday. When we make the decision of whether to cancel or not, the main factor would be advice from the Foreign Office. So don't worry - you won't lose out if for some reason it is no longer possible for your holiday to go ahead.
