I just found out yesterday when phoning to pay my balance, that my holiday had been cancelled. No explanation was given, and i was told a letter was on the way. After phoning again today 11/3/2009 to see if you could e. mail me this letter, because with cancelling at this late stage it has left me with little option, or no option of finding a similar holiday with another tour operator,I find no such letter has been sent to me.If I hadn.t phoned yesterday or read your reply, I would still be unaware that my holiday had been cancelled.I find this a very poor state of affairs, and hope you will deal with this immediately. It does nothing to encourage me to book with your company again, as this was my first holiday with you.
