I am a teacher and so am restricted to certain dates for my holidays. I went on the River Douro Cruise last year and am going to canada and Alaska this year - paying a huge supplement to go in July but I have no choice. I sat down this week to browse the new brochure and plan next years holiday - I know it is a long time ago but I like to dream!!

I was really disappointed to see that there are even fewer holidays in the school holidays (end july to beginning of September) in the new brochure than in previous ones. I think there are only 4 dates when I could go and none of those holidays appeal to me as I like to go to more exotic or unusual places. I was hoping to go to China on the Yanghtz cruise but it is no longer available in July.

Why is this? You are missing a market by not catering for people who want to go away in August, it is getting harder eacg year to find a holiday destination for me.

Hello AnneThank you for your message.Quite a few of our Just You customers are within the teaching profession and are also restricted to the summer holidays for travelling. We do try to offer as wide a range of departures as possible but unfortunately it is not always possible, as is the case with China and the Yangtze cruise option. I'm sorry this doesn't help your situation but I do pass all of these comments on and they will be considered. You did mention you like to travel to more exotic places; we do have a departure on 9th July to Thailand, 15 days from £1409, flying from Heathrow. This price includes all meals and full sightseeing, click here  for full details. You might also find our search facility useful on the homepage as you can search for which ever region you like by date.Hope this is of some helpKind regardsCheryl, your editor
