Hi Olly

My flight and airport were changed to 15.30/Heathrow. On Monday I checked the website and the flight was showing 15.30. I rang the office Monday evening and I was told the flight time had changed to 16.15 and I booked my National Express ticket. Looked on website today and it shows 2010 tours are departing 15.30 and 2011 are departing at 16.15. I phoned the office this morning and was told flight is 16.15. Please confirm correct flight time as I may need to change my coach ticket.

Your flight time on 19 May 2010 is indeed 14.15. I have updated the website to show this now, so thanks for letting me know.

I wouldn't recommend changing your coach ticket anyway as the difference is only 45 minutes.

Sorry for adding to the confusion - you are right. The correct time is 16.15. A keyboard slip there!

Had my final holiday confirmation/luggage labels. Just wanted to check that the one sheet of paper headed flight information is the actual ticket.

It sounds like you are travelling on e-tickets but it's always a good idea to check. The quickest way is to call our holiday advisors on 0800 567 7393, with your booking reference number to hand.

Looks like my flight on 19th May has been changed from BA to Euro Atlantic Airways, can you advise if luggage allowance is the same as BA
