I am concerned about my Airline booking ref,regarding a local connecting flight from George Best Belfast City Airport.Another JY member and myself are travelling from the above airport and the ref is:XXXX.

I phoned JY AT 3.40PM and was put on hold until closing time at 4pm with no answer.I feel this matter is urgent, as there appears to be no record of the above reference on the BMI manage my booking website.We depart at 9.30am BMI Flight BD083..Can you please look into this.I rang BMI,but they told me to phone on 12/10/10.

I checked our system and also logged into BMI's 'manage my booking' page using the code you gave me - and there is nothing to worry about. Your flight reservation appears in both. You fly at 9.30 and arrive at Heathrow at 10.50.

I can't think why you weren't able to log in - perhaps the website didn't display properly on your computer?

Many thanks for your reply.There was something wrong at the BMI website as I was unable to log on at weekend and first thing this morning.Nothing wrong with my laptop.It was ok after my earlier phone call to BMI though.
