Hi.  I've just returned from this holiday on 3rd July having flown from Manchester on my first JY trip.  It was a great holiday but that was because of the people I met.  Pompeii is not a great place to stay as it is not easy to access other places if you're not going on all the tours.  The Hotel Palma was nice and the staff delightful, but the food wasn't great to be honest and that was disappointing.  The bar is poorly stocked e.g. no soda water even though a vino bianco spritzer was on the bar list.  The trips were great and it is a beautiful part of Italy.
