Hello, has anyone going on this trip, already been before?

I am wondering what type of shoes to take.  I know it says moderate walking, so perhaps I could wear trainers, or would proper walking Gortex shoes be more appropriate?

This is the first time I have travelled on my own, so feeling a little worried!!

Thanks

Hi. I have just returned (June) from walking in lake Garda. It was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend that you wear walking shoes as some of the paths are on gravel or slopes etc. Please don’t worry, you will have a great time. Hopefully you will have Glen the tour guide. He was so brilliant and helpful. This trip is so well organised. I loved it. Louise
