I have received a letter today informing me that the holiday on 23 June (28 days time) at the Hotel Club Excelsior in Lovran has been changed to The Hotel Palace Bellevue in Opatija without explanation. There is no outside pool or sun terrace at the hotel which is in the city centre. I am disappointed about this change. Has anyone else had the letter and what's your opinion? Thanks

Yes - I was disappointed too but have  been told on the phone that we can use an hotel with outside pool about 6 mins walk away so I suppose this is better than nothing! !
