Really sorry I think I have caused some confusion here. To clarify:
The invoice you told us you received on August 9th, which confirmed you have paid the balance, has information on page 2 which lists your accommodation for the trip.
We resent this invoice to you on August 16th, following your post to tell us that the information was missing, and our system is showing that this has been received and opened.
Regarding my reply this morning, our standard process is to also send you final confirmation of your accommodation 2 weeks prior to departure, just in case in the interim any changes have to be made.
Apologies, I should have been clearer in my response this morning.
To save further confusion, we would be more than happy to give you a call just to talk through the information you have and make sure nothing is missing. If you'd like us to do that, please let me know and someone will give you a call before 6pm today, or whenever is convenient to you.
