Hey!

Just writing this is filling me with nerves, let alone taking a maiden voyage !  I am completely new to 'Just You' and to single travel.

I have wanted to visit Vietnam, & in particular Saigon, for as long as I can remember and I am thinking of booking the 'Discover Vietnam' holiday in October this year.

I would truly appreciate any feedback from anyone who has been on this trip previously or if you are planning on joining this trip this year please.

With thanks

Hi Emma,

I did this tour five years ago and loved it - try to do the Cambodia add-on if you can as it is wonderful!  The scenery is lovely, the food great and lots of fun experiences: staying on the junk in Halong Bay was a marvellous experience; I particularly loved Hoi An and it was really just a great tour from start to finish.  However, not wanting to burst your bubble, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon) is not a very atmospheric city (although the Cu Chi Tunnels are a most interesting experience, as is the War Remnants Museum) - Hanoi is much better!

I hope you book as I'm sure you will have a fantastic time. Any questions, ask away!

Best wishes,

Bob

Hi Emma

I did this tour in 2014 and it was truly wonderful, Saigon is an amazing city and a thrilling end to the tour, I really loved Hoi an and the cruise and overnight stay on a junk round Halong Bay will stay in your memory forever, a cyclo ride round Hanoi was absolutely crazy

anything you'd like to know just ask

Regards

Dave

I haven't been to Vietnam, but I did China and Japan with JustYou, and I enjoyed it immensely. The food is fantastic, the tour managers are the best that I've ever toured with, the hotels are always perfect, and everything is so well organised.
