Hi
I went in August 2017. First time as a Single Traveller ( husband refused to go to Namibia) Best ever ever ever holiday I have had. And I am reasonably well travelled. There were a few issues like any holiday but so outweighed by everything else. I was thrilled to find the accommodation had not been downgraded and had a lovely lodge or double hotel room throughout. The other travellers were great company ( we were a very mixed bunch) and the whole tour was fabulous. If you have any specific question, do reply . You do need to be happy gazing at scenery as I think we covered 2600 km during the trip, many km of which were extremely bumpy to say the least . But highly recommend. BTW I took malaria tablets and then stopped and donated my malaria tent to lovely Leonard the driver. In August, there is minimal danger from malaria, the heat is dry and you done visit danger areas. . One other plus point, no jet lag as same time zone, which I had not realised prior to trip.
