This must surely leave the system open to abuse and cast doubt on the reliability of the results.

I have received emails from companies whose brochures I've ordered/have booked with, looking for votes.  Our TM on my last tour wanted to send around an email list on the coach so people could sign up to have our votes cast for JY.  She seemed rather put out when no one wanted to sign up....many of us didn't appreciate being canvassed in this way.
