Hi one and all,

Is anyone else out there going to New Zealand?  I know not everybody uses the Community Website but it is good to touch with people before the trip.

Thanks for reading this!!

Hello Pauline,

Good to hear from you. I posted a note this morning, Thursday 13th, to yourself, JennyJ, Pauline D and Richard C, but it does not appear to be visible yet - hopefully by tomorrow it will be. I expect like me you have received your final invoice, which makes the holiday seem much nearer. Hopefully Tim H, travelling in Nov will read and find some tips he can pass on.

Thanks for making the contact.

Hi Tim,

No I'm not doing the add-on as I felt I couldn't justify the extra expense!!

Just paid the balance for the January New Zealand trip, so no backing out now (not that I would want to). Now considering where to stay the evening before.

I look forward to seeing everyone at Heathrow. Cant say I am looking forward to the flight, but I am sure it will be worth it when we get there.

Hi Pauline

I booked the Premier Inn Bath Road yesterday for the same price. Excellent value. I couldn't face driving to Nottingham after we get back so I've also booked the National Express coach.

Perhaps we can arrange to meet for a drink the night before?

Hi Richard,

Yes that would be fine.  I don't know what time your coach gets to The Premier Inn but I am aiming go to The Three Magpies (about a 20 minute walk from the hotel) for a bite to eat early evening and if you would like to join me you would be very welcome or I could meet you after I have eaten.

The coach is scheduled to arrive at Heathrow around 5pm, so I should be at the hotel between 5.30 and 6pm. An early evening pub meal would be great.

This will be my 6th holiday with Just You one short haul and the rest long haul.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.  Will be in touch nearer the holiday to arrange meeting up if you like.

Hi Pauline

Yes that would be great. I am very happy for the office to give you my contact details. Do you know if I have to ring them or perhaps can they take this message as authority?
