I don't remember ticking a 'do not mail box', I see some others have made the same comment so I'm not the only one, maybe I'm so used to ticking boxes to stop organisations that I don't want to be contacted by that I did it automatically! I certainly DO want to be contacted by mail by JY ?. I hope my brochure will arrive shortly.

I wonder if back in May when some of us were so desperate to get the brochure that we downloaded the online version - could this be causing the "tick do not mail" issue a few of us have had.

I'm hoping after "unticking" last week my brochure will arrive tomorrow. I'm keen to book Iran but want to read all the details from a brochure before committing. Not sure why I'm so desperate as I will likely not be going until October as I'm away in May. My passport is due for renewal in 2018 so fits in well.

Seems everyone else is off to Mongolia - I'll let others test the water on that one ?

It usually takes up to 5 days before you receive a brochure but I have sent it out to you. If it hasn't reached you by Monday, please let us know.

Just to let you know that we can see the brochure requests on your customer accounts, we are looking into this further as there does seem to be more travellers than usual not receiving their brochure.

Hi. My book has still not arrived. According to some of the posts there is a 'do not send mail by post' box on your computer that could have been mistakenly ticked. Why O why when I first telephoned about the lack of a book did JY staff not check this box and delete the tick? Why has it taken 4 phone calls and apparently still not been done? Staff are just blindly clicking on a send button without looking for a reason for non delivery.

I am disappointed that direct flights from Glasgow have been reduced! I am just back from Canada with JY and I could have done without going through heathrow on return journey.....going out was great as it gave a chance to meet up with group in the lounge but I would not have minded travelling alone on way back to an airport nearer home! Also I couldnt get direct luggage through to/from Canada from Glasgow although a fellow traveller managed it from Edinburgh - how so? would be grateful for reply please....thanks

As mentioned on another thread, please note that the recent New tours and best of brochures are not our complete collection and therefore do not list all of the regional flights available. I'd recommend that if there is a tour you are interested in, please visit the website or speak to one of our holiday advisors (or post a message on here) and we'll be able to advise if you can fly from your local airport.

I have spoken to my colleague in our aviation team who understands that for the traveller from Edinburgh, the team were given the opportunity to purchase a through ticket which allowed the luggage to go straight through whereas this wasn't available on the ticket from Glasgow on this occassion.
