Leaving Manchester airport for Pisa on 5th June. Wondered if anyone else is booked on the Tuscany holiday and flying from Manchester. Newbie at travelling alone so a bit apprehensive. I would appreciate any contact prior to Sunday.

In true Just You style, there’s a rep at every UK airport for each and every one of our departures – regardless of number of people travelling. They will help you checking in and answer any airport related question you may have.

Make sure you have your luggage tag well displayed and keep your eyes peeled as they may be busy with some of your fellow travelling companions.

Just returned from Forte die Marmi in Tuscany and it was my first time abroad on my own. Fortunately I was not nervous and if I had a question I asked some of the airport staff. Didn't know whether it was check in A or B - it was B and there was no Just You representative at check in or anywhere else. Didn't know the other the people on the holiday apparently 6 and only met up with them in Pisa where a just you excursion manager was there to meet us. Not what it says in the brochure but I managed to enjoy the holiday.

I can confirm that there was a rep on this flight and was present at the check-in area B lower level (jet 2.com) clearly holding a Just you clipboard. They monitored the queues as efficiently as possible, Jet2.com have two entrances one from level 5 (A) and the other entrance from the lower level (B) off Tower Road. Both these entrances have separate check-in queues which passengers are directed too by Jet 2 staff so it’s difficult if they are in one area looking for passengers and they are in the other queue, and if the rep is talking to passengers in the other queue.

They stayed until flight closure at the check-in desk until 09.00am as they had a no show on the flight.
