I'm planning to stay over at Heathrow the night before and if anyone else is doing the same it would be good to meet up for a meal.

I've also booked the two optional excurrsions.

Took it as a "Mystery Hotel" but had worked out which it was going to be before by the information it gave.

Whilst I live quite close to the airport, a cab taking me there and back from Heathrow might cost me more than what you paid for parking for the week and one night's accommodation? Might look into your hotel/parking deal. Is it through JY?

It was through holiday extras, took the mystery 4 star hotel option it was £69 with parking which turned out to be the park inn.

I believe Asti got same hotel without parking using same method (was £59).

So remember to look for ones with those prices depending if you want parking. Assuming deal still there.

One thing to remember is how extras will add hoppa bus, remove it because we can get free service bus opposite hotel to terminal.

I should be at Heathrow in September so will probably be booking the Park and using the free bus. So much easier and I have the pub across the road. 😛

That's great at least 3 of us at the park inn and maybe others will see this post and do the same.

A meal night before is a good way to start the holiday.

I am away at presemt but we can arrange a meet up plan when I get home.

Think Asti said her flight from.Scotland gets in just after 6pm so think she will get to hotel before 7pm all been well.

I'm driving from Yorkshire so plan to arrive late afternoon so will be about.

Probably best place to meet is in front of Hotel reception at 7pm, be easier to spot each other than in the Pub.

I'm aiming to be down late afternoon depending on traffic. 4 of us meeting so far as I know of another lady thats staying up the road at a different hotel (Premier Inn) is joining us for meal.

Have checked bus times for following morning and there is one at 6-30am and another at 6-50am, takes about 12 minutes so need to decide night before which we should catch.

Got my final paperwork on Saturday.
