Has anyone been on this cruise. I have booked for the 4th October, but can't find any reviews which has me a bit worried 😞. Any feedback would be useful as I have never been on a cruise before.

PS I'm sure if JY are offering it, they have checked into the company running the cruise thoroughly and it would be well worth doing. Never come across a really bad review of a JY hol yet!

and also on page 62 of the new brochure. The reason our Tour Managers will know little about this is that there is in fact no Tour Manager on this tour, as it is run by a cruise company, there are always plenty of staff on board to assist you throughout your holiday.

I think Bob was saying as a general rule the managers do not know about this JY community, the only manager I have come across that does is Sarah who was on my NZ and HKG tour..and she posts on here...it would be nice for us the clients so to speak if the reps did get a bit more involved. I do under stand its a busy job for them.

I am sure there used to be a section or I have seen it some where, where you had a small photo and a little write up about the reps, it does give us a heads up if we vaguely know what they looks like, I do understand data protection stuff if they would rather not.. Might be an ideA when your next thinking of things to fill space etc..

You are absolutely right, I have been pushing for Tour Manager information, even just a paragraph on some of them, to be made available on the websites, this is an ongoing discussion, I'm hoping to have it resolved soon 🙂

Re feeling well I am sorry to say I am like half the population with this cold, sore throat, banging head, and either boiling hot of freezing cold .....I am not the only one around that's feeling like this,, I need some sunshine on my old bones pronto..

Of to the canneries with hubby in March then me away in May to Florida whoop whoop.

Have a nice break in the Canaries, lady luck was shining on me at our Christmas party, I won an all inclusive river cruise to Portugal on the Douro so I'm off to there in April, can't wait, it will be nice to see the sun!
