Hi Tulip

I did the Vietnam with Cambodia add-on in April this year and it was fantastic. I personally preferred Cambodia but Vietnam is great as well. The weather in April was very humid and hot and I think March would have been a better bet. The group leader arranged for us to leave very early in the morning on some of the trips to avoid the hottest part of the day and also to avoid the crowds - this worked very well. You will have time to relax particularly when you get to the Hoi An beach resort which is lovely. The overnight boat trip on Halong Bay was spectaular. Light clothing is a must and a big memory card for your camera as you will be taking a lot of photographs.

We had people in their mid-late seventies on our trip and they coped wonderfully. Age range was between 30 - late 70's and everybody got on so well, as they always do on these trips.

Take the plunge, you won't regret it and if you can do the Cambodia add-on I would thoroughly recommend it.

Kind regards

Iris
