hi there anyone out there going to Egypt or can anyone give any advise of tips, apparently Cairo is smoggy in November wonder if its to much of an issue as have chesty problems it all seems a bit frightening and a tad bewildering, still there are supposedly 30 of us going so hopefully Ill meet somebody who has been by 4 now
