I don't mind long haul, maybe a few glasses of wine will help yo get a sleep?? I'm also unsure about what to take for wearing although I think warm clothes going by the weather just now!

Hey people,

I've just replied to Gillybett on another thread.

I went with Just You to Northern Cyprus and on The Wonder of China tour last year. Northern Cyprus was my first hol as a single traveller and, like many of you,I was apprehensive and nervous.I needn't have worried. Both hols were fabulous. Great treatment and consideration from Just You and great people on both trips.

I'm off to Los Angeles, New Zealand and Hong Kong on 21 February with Just You. If someone had told me 18 months ago that I would doing all this holidaying as a (relatively new) single person I would have laughed at them.

Just You has done it for me. I'm sure it will do it for you.

From what I can see, the temperature will be anything from 11C to 14C depending on the city. 'Layers' would seem to be the answer! I've decided not to dwell on the length of the flight - take it as it comes.

Hi, I'm not sure about the age range nor the numbers in each group!! I'm sure age won't matter as everyone is of a similsr mind when going on a trip like this. I'm going on the 16th April so maybe see you then?

I looked at the weather just the other day and it seems to be a bit warmer that a few weeks ago. I intended to take loads of warm clothes, now I'm wondering if a few lighter tops would also be wise!!!!

Hi Everyone. I went on this trip in February, and you'll have a fantastic time. Don't worry too much about taking really warm clothes though. In February the temperature was about 2C and all the lakes and rivers were frozen solid. It will be much warmer for you guys in April/May. Take a good pair of walking shoes though as you'll do lots of walking. Dinners in the evening are very casual, so don't worry about dressing up for them.

I'm going on the "Wonders of China" holiday in May. Any advice on what to wear, what to take etc gratefully received. This will be my first JustYou holiday and am really looking forward to it.

I went on this holiday in April and the weather was warm, tee shirt cropped trousers weather. Dress was informal although a smart casual outfit is good to take for the tang dynasty show. We did not need much money as it is just for souvenirs, everything else was included in the holiday.Yuan cash was better than travellers cheques. Tea was provided in the rooms but no milk /sugar so some of us took coffee/ chocolate satchets to have in our rooms.I found everyone very friendly in our group and hope you will too. Have a great holiday
