Hi Jaya

Andalucia was wonderful had a great time, did all the tours and Claire the tour manager is excellent. Coffee in the machine in restaurant a bit iffy!! but fine in the bar. If you like coffee there are nescafe satchets [found on day 2!!] in the restaurant so you can just add water.

Hotel and rooms are lovely and the village of Mijas is so picturesque. Ronda has so many sights to see but regretfully there is not enough time [my only complaint]. The Alahambra is magnificent.

Hope you have a wonderful time.

Best Wishes

Bev

Hi Bev

Read your comments and can't wait for 1 September. Did you go to Gibraltar? I have already paid for Alhambra Palace and have now found out that Gibraltar trip too can be paid for in advance. I have decided to go as I may not get a second chance. Luckily I do not drink lots of tea and coffee - I drink lots of water! I will have to find out how many are booked for 1 September trip. Will write to the Editor a bit nearer the time. I have decided to fly from Luton rather than Heathrow and I think there is one other person flying from Luton so I will at least have some company.

Hi Jaya

Yes I did go to Gilbralter as it was my second opportunity to do so, didn't go when I went to Morocco quite a few years ago. Shops are great if you want leather, gold, cameras etc. I bought some designer sunglasses which was my main reason for going [birthday treat].

They are doing the Marina up and myself and a fellow traveller had a nice lunch overlooking the sea whilst watching a BA plane takeoff, quite strange!

Don't forget you will need to take your passport and preferably some sterling, you will get a better prices with sterling.

Have a great time, I am off to Tuscany on 24th June can't wait.

Regards

Bev
