I'm also going to Russia on 09/09/10 and was concerned about the news reports. I wanted to book an overnight stay at Heathrow but think I will hold on for a while and see if the situation changes. I'm travelling from Birmingham so we may meet at the hotel if you are travelling from Portsmouth.
