Hi fellow traveling companions! I've had my pass for the exec lounge arrive today but still no passport or visa!I too like to know that i have all my docs in order and with me when i travel and this uncertainty doesn't rest well with me! Has any one has there's back yet?? I also had to contact Just you to remind them to send me my Visa pack which co-incidentally arrived a couple of days later. I returned all the necessary paperwork on 24th Sept. The form said it would take 21 days at most to be returned to me but it's now taken 30 days. It's difficult to think about enjoying my holiday when i don't have a passport!

Like you I have been frustrated with the organisation; especially of the visa. I too had to prompt for the forms. Last I heard yesterday was that they are back with JY but due to postal strikes I was strongly advised to pick passport up at the airport on departure. As you say, this doesn't sit comfortably but I'm trying not to let it bother me. My friend has just come back from Kenya and she said everyone with her travel group got their visa on arrival in the airport in Kenya!

I'm sure we'll all have a great time once we get through into the lounge and the holiday can begin :-)

I've just seen this message in tour managers as a response to one of my questions. I don't know where the JY office got the number of 24 that they gave me earlier??, so not quite as big a group as I thought (sorry for the mis-information).

My passport arrived today thankgoodness.I had a message on my phone on Monday and asked for it to be sent special delivery.I feel much better now I have it.I also had to phone them for a visa form after being told it would be sent to me 8 weeks before departure,which it wasn't.

Hurrah! Passport & visa have arrived - only 6 more sleeps to go... :o)

Hi everyone,I have to get my visa on arrival as JY did not send visa pack out on time but am told that it will not be a problem. Just ordered my coach ticket from Exeter and going to spend rest of day packing. Looking forward to meeting everyone in executive lounge - 15 is a good number.
