Hi! I'm Julie, a newbie to Solo travelling and to 'The Just You Community'. I have taken the plunge and booked myself on The Salzburg & Austrian Alps Tour on 3rd October, (Heathrow).

I was wondering if anyone on here is also booked on this trip or has been to the Austrian Alps, with 'Just You' and can offer advice or share your experience.

Hello Julie,

I too am booked on this trip from Heathrow on 3rd Oct.

I can't offer any advice as this will be my first wisit to this area. However if you look in the reviews section and look for 'Salzburg 2025', what's reported will give you some idea of what to expect.

Thanks Peter for the advice. Will definitely look at the reviews. Was going to book myself on the Canadian Rocky Mountaineer with 'Just You' but as it is my first solo trip and not travelled with this company before, I thought I start with a short trip to see how I go and I always wanted to go to Austria.

Anyway, looking forward to meeting you and other fellow travellers on the 3rd October.

Valerie B. I have booked the Tyrolean Treasures, departure date 26.09.2025. This will be a new experience for me and I am feeling slightly apprehensive. Hopefully I am able to keep up with a group of walkers - we shall see. Not seen anything for this date from fellow travellers. Best Wishes, Valerie.

I know what you mean when you say that your are apphrehensive with it being your 1st Solo trip. It took me ages to book

myself on the trip, but now that I have, I am glad and looking forward to meeting other like minded travellers. I'm sure we
