Hi I'm going on the thailand trip in a few weeks and recieved some info through the post that said to book the airport lounge at Heathrow and that it has been paid for. When I tried to book it a message came up saying the lounge is temporarily closed. Can anyone give me any info on this please?

Hi Pete,

The Just You group are booked into the lounge in T2 Departures which is open however there is also a Plaza Premium Lounge in T2 Arrivals which is temporarily closed – so this may be the information that you have seen.
