Hi all,

Given the unfolding Covid-19 Pandemic, it is with deepest regret that we have to tell you that the Oberammergau Passion Play itself has now been cancelled by the organisers. Sadly, we have had no choice but to cancel the holiday that so many of you had booked . We fully understand how disappointing this must be, but on reflection I am sure you agree that this is the prudent and responsible decision. One of our holiday advisors will contact all those customer impacted by this cancellation and will discuss what options there are regarding next steps. We have had confirmation from the organisers that they will now be performing the play in 2022 with the premiere planned for 21st May.

I am a bit confused, I had booked Oberammergau for June 3rd, and was contacted by one of JustYou’s advisers and told that it has been postponed to 2022, and that if I was happy to wait until the new dates, I would be on the list for the new dates.

A couple of days ago, I received an email from JustYou asking if I wanted to change dates, a credit note or a refund. As no new dates have been announced as yet, does this mean I will be refunded, and have to rebook when the new dates are confirmed. At present, any holidays in the second half of 2021 are not guaranteed departures

I have another two trips booked with JustYou, Canada and New England in the Fall in October, which I am due to pay the balance in July and Palm Springs in May 2021.
