I just wanted to share with you the sad news that Monty is leaving us at the end of the week.

Monty joined the team for a placement year (which I think you'll agree has flown by) and her contract has come to an end. She'll soon be jetting off to spend her summer travelling before heading back to university to finish her degree.

As well as answering your questions online, she has been a huge advocate of the forum around the business. I'm sure you'd like to join me in acknowledging what a great member of the community she has been over the past 12 months - I don't know about you, but I know we'll miss her here at JYHQ.

I would like to say a big thank you to each and every one of you for the challenges and laughter you have exposed me to. It has been great to meet a couple of you at the exhibitions earlier this year and chat to some of you, on what seems to be a daily basis.
