Met by Tour Manager Branwen and put totally at ease. Met some lovely people and thoroughly enjoyed Christmas.

Hotel excellent and staff very helpful. Good food and brilliant room - executive double with loads of space and lovely bathroom.

Branwen was with us throughout and did everything to make sure things went smoothly.

I will never think twice about going on a JY break again.

I'm delighted you had a great time at Hinckley - you were certainly in safe hands with Branwen - she was our tour manager in China in September and she was wonderful - kind, attentive and very professional.
